The FIL Women's World Cup, June 17-27, is taking place in the Vrsovice's Slavia Prague sports centre. The final day of this World event is held in the neighboring Synot Tip Arena and the entry fee for this day is going to be voluntary. The final day program in the Synot Tip Arena will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on the June 27 with the bronze medal match. The final game takes place at 3 p.m. In between the matches, spectators will be able to enjoy music and sporting program, for example the exhibition games of the Czech women's and men's national teams. After the final match, all sixteen participating teams are going to participate at the closing ceremony. The entry for the whole final day is voluntary.
„We want to introduce the top women's lacrosse to the public and to attract the largest possible crowd. Therefore, we have decided that the final day entry fee should be voluntary. All spectators who contribute however will get a present from us," said Veronika Brychcínová, the Czech Women's Lacrosse President. „The complimentary present is ready also for these spectators who have bought a five-day or a whole-event ticket by May 20."
The top lacrosse matches, that will indeed be the top sporting and spectacular experience for the visitors, will gain further touch of exclusivity thanks to the recently opened football stadium, the Synot Tip Arena [new football stadium at Eden]. It is the most modern arena of its kind in the Czech Republic with the capacity of twenty-one-thousand spectators. In the arena can be found a fan shop, a restaurant with the stadium view, fast-food restaurants or Sports cafe. |
