Haudenosaunee faced the team New Zealand in today's eleventh place battle. The squad of the Six Nations were heading to victory from early stages of the game, when they have created a four goal advantage after seventeen minutes. Although Kiwis managed to to lower their lead by two goals, Haudenosaunee scored five times in a row and the first period ended 9:3.

The second half was played in almost the same pace and with the same score. Hence Haudenosaunee ranked eleventh in the World Cup, after the victory 18:6 against New Zealand, who finished twelfth.
